In cases where a support technician cannot remotely connect to your office, we have on-site technicians covering Southern Ontario. Our on-site technicians can determine what exactly is wrong your with your network and have you operational in the shortest time humanly possible even if it means working throughout the night. We will always try to resolve your issues remotely but if we deem it unfixable we will schedule a technician to get to your office as quickly as possible.
