When do we get billed for Services, Product? 2018-01-14T13:49:56+00:00

If you are a regular client we will bill you on the first day of the following month.  For example for service performed in January we will bill you on February 01 with net 30 terms.  For larger projects we generally ask for half the money up front and half when the project is completed.

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement? 2014-02-06T02:43:59+00:00

Yes of course we will sign a non-disclosure agreement as want to protect you and any sensitive data you want to be kept that way.  Even without a written agreement, we always exercise a very high level of discretion in regard to your business operations.

Do you require a signed contract? 2018-01-14T13:49:56+00:00

We don’t require a written agreement to do business although we do think that it is a good idea to have one for any sensitive projects.  For clients requiring guaranteed response times we will require a signed contract and you will be allocated a specified amount of time in your monthly retainer.

Do you charge for travel time? 2014-05-12T21:29:25+00:00

We normally charge ONE WAY travel time for any call that takes us longer than 15 minutes to get to your location.  If it takes us less than 15 minutes to get to you from our office or a previous call we will not charge you for travel time.  If the onsite service call is scheduled as a “please help us as soon as possible” we will charge travel time charged in 15 minute increments.

How much do you charge? 2018-01-14T13:49:56+00:00

Our normal hourly rate is $100.00 billed in 15 minute increments.

Our clients like the fact they are only billed for the time we spend on working on their systems not time spent researching, learning, etc. For larger projects we will quote on total time for the project just so that client knows the costs going in so there are no surprises when the project is completed. Obviously if the scope of the project changes during the project there may be less or more time billed at the end but this will be agreed upon with the client if the scope does change.

We also have Monthly Retainer Packages that can reduce the hourly cost and provide a guaranteed response time.

Do you bill for your time spent in meetings, phone calls, or writing emails? 2014-05-12T21:32:28+00:00

Time is our primary source of income and unfortunately time is a limited commodity. We bill for any time we spend assisting you which may include but is not limited to meetings, emails, phone calls, texts, etc. We NEVER bill time for spent on activities such as sales calls, initial meet and greet consultations, contract negotiation, accounting, billing, research for service we should already know, etc.
