Free initial consultation

Our first billing policy is that for our first onsite visitation to your office the consultation is free. We will evaluate your current network, sit down with you to find out what your company wants and/or needs. From this evaluation we will provide you with a proposal on how we can improve your network and how to achieve what you require from it.

You will not pay for us to learn your system

We work on so many different networks daily that we can quickly adapt to work on your network and you will not be paying for us to learn on yours. Why pay someone to learn on your network when we can work on it immediately?
If our proposal is accepted we can provide you with the necessary software and/or hardware at a competitive price and guaranteed service to install it. We will ensure everything is up and running correctly before we leave, we do not skip the thorough testing stage. We will then do a follow-up the following day or day after that to ensure everything is working as expected.
We charge in 15 minute increments and not 1 hour like many of our competitors do. At the end of the month we will provide you with a detailed report for all services we performed.
